Li Yiyi, female, native of Suzhou, Jiangsu, member of the Communist Party of China, metallurgy and metal materials scientist, was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1993. He was elected as a member of the Third World Academy of Sciences in 1999. From 1990 to 1998, he was re-elected director of the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. She has long served as vice chairman of the Chinese Society of Metals, vice chairman of the Chinese Society for Materials Research, vice chairman, chairman, and honorary chairman of the Liaoning Provincial Association of Science and Technology, the fourth, fifth, and sixth members of the Chinese Association of Science and Technology and standing committee, the Technology Department of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Deputy Director, member of the Bureau of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and representatives of the 14th and 15th CPC National Congress. He is currently the honorary chairman of the Chinese Association of Science and Technology and the Liaoning Provincial Association of Science and Technology, a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese Metal Society, a member of the International Society of Low Temperature Materials, the chairman of the academic committee and the chairman of the academic committee of the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a member of the expert advisory group of the 973 Program.
Academician Li Yiyi is the main academic leader in the field of low temperature and nuclear structural materials in China. He has presided over four five-year national scientific research projects in succession, completed five strength-level hydrogen-resistant steel series, and is responsible for alloy composition design, heat treatment and phase identification. In view of the macrosegregation and central defects of large forgings, Academician Li Yiyi proposed the metal forming technology internationally. This technology has broken through the limitation of the "forging large" concept of large forgings, using homogenized slab After processing, cleaning, stacking and vacuum packaging, a forging and welding process featuring multi-directional forging at high temperature is applied to fully heal the interface and achieve a "smearless" connection between the interface and the substrate. It provides a new way to effectively eliminate the internal looseness of large nuclear power forgings, improve segregation and organization.
Chairman Bai Renwei gave a detailed introduction to Beixiang Heavy Industry's heat treatment, forging and physicochemical process technology. Academician Li Yiyi affirmed Beixiang Heavy Industry Group's exquisite forging process, the spirit of overcoming difficulties and the great results achieved by research and development.
After friendly consultations between the two parties, Academician Li Yiyi intends to transform and implement the achievements of metal forming technology in Beixiang Heavy Industry. The two parties focused on nuclear power, hydrogenation reactor ring cylinders, low-temperature engineering shafts, die steel large forgings, and jointly developed related process technologies to meet the strategic needs of the country while promoting enterprises to achieve leapfrog development and leading the core of high-end equipment. The development of key manufacturing technologies for components has set an example for the deep transformation and upgrading of the domestic forging industry and product structure.
